- Boil some pasta (fresh and finer pasta will cook faster, in about 1.5 minutes; they used angel's hair pasta for this episode), add salt into boiling water.
- Throw garlic into pan with pre-heated olive oil, then add red hot chili pepper. This will flavour the olive oil. Let garlic cook to golden (frying it till brown may give a bitter taste).
- Drain the pasta, add it to the frying pan and mix it well (with the olive oil, garlic & chili pepper).
- Throw chopped parsley in, grate some lemon skin and stir it in.
